Prior to the practice of law, Dolores was employed as a nurse for 16 years. As a nurse, Dolores had experience in neonatal intensive care, medical/surgical, allergy and immunology as well as clinical/drug trial research.

After graduating from law school in 1994, Dolores joined an Oakland County law firm and focused on defending medical malpractice claims for clients including Providence Hospital. Her emphasis today continues in the area of medical malpractice defense. Dolores has given numerous presentations to health care professionals on medical-legal topics.

Recreational interests include biking, golfing, boating and family oriented activities.
